WELCOME TO MEERSMAN ACUPUNCTURE AND HERBAL MEDICINE PLLC!

Thank you for booking your appointment with Meersman Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine PLLC!. Your time is reserved just for you. Thus, we have the following policies in place to ensure we can provide you the best experience:

NEW PATIENT APPOINTMENTS: If you are NEW to our office, please schedule an ACUPUNCTURE INITIAL. After booking your visit, please complete the initial paperwork attached to your appointment. If you’re under 18 years of age, a parent or guardian is required to be present for your New Patient Appointment.

INSURANCE: Meersman Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine PLLC will no longer be billing insurance directly for acupuncture services. Payment is due in full at the time of treatment. Following your appointment, a detailed superbill will be emailed to you to submit to your insurance company. Reimbursements eligibility and amount is determined by your individual insurance plan. Patient are responsible for all fees associated with their treatments at the time services are rendered. HSA. And FSA cards can be utilized to complete transactions.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you need to cancel or move your appointment, 12 hours of advanced notice is required. Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to a fee equal to the cost of the visit.

LATE POLICY: If you are 15 minutes or later to scheduled appointment time, you will be rescheduled to another time and subject to a fee 50% of your service.
